Nakisha G. Hughley

Director

Nakisha comes to The Dwellings ready to utilize her diverse background to continue the work of engaging and empowering staff and clients. Graduating from Florida State University and Southern New Hampshire University with degrees in Exercise Science, Food and Nutrition, and Business Administration, Nakisha has worked in education, property management, hospitality and customer service management. The core tenant of her success has been a sincere desire to serve others, which she is excited to do at The Dwellings.


Delaitre Hollinger

Program Manager

Delaitre, a fifth-generation native Tallahassee resident, joins The Dwellings having previously spent the past 11 years in the fields of business, retail, customer service, social services, government, higher education and nonprofit organizational management. He has served in various professional capacities, including: community reporter, district legislative aide, museum curator, executive assistant, program coordinator and director of special projects. He is an alumnus of both Tallahassee Community College, where he served as student body president and Liberty University, where he majored in Religion.


Faith Dekanter

Program Manager

Originally from Jacksonville, Faith moved to Tallahassee to pursue a degree in Social Work at Florida State University. She became interested in community social work after serving as the community ambassador at The Kearney Center. After graduating, Faith joined the team at The Dwellings and provides residents and the Tallahassee community with opportunities to engage and learn from their neighbors.
