Between one-on-one assessments with each resident (and potential resident) to helping someone carry a laundry basket to the washing machines, our staff consists of dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable individuals. Let us introduce:
Trevor Reinhardt graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. While in school, he started working for CESC at The Kearney Center as a case manager. He takes pride in working one-on-one with clients to help them achieve stable housing and financial independence. His work continues by helping protect and growing residents at The Dwellings.
Coming from Orlando to Tallahassee for school, Micha Allen graduated with a major in Social Work and a minor in business. While in school she became passionate about homelessness and affordable housing. Finding herself wanting to stay and work with the people in the surrounding community, she decided to intern and eventually work for the Kearney Center as a case manager. She continues her work with social services and the community here at The Dwellings as their case manager. Her goal is to increase the unity, success, and availability of resources for the members of the community.”
Originally from Jacksonville, Faith moved to Tallahassee to pursue a degree in Social Work at Florida State University. She became interested in community social work after serving as the Community Ambassador at The Kearney Center. After graduating, Faith joined the team at The Dwellings and provides residents and the Tallahassee community with opportunities to engage and learn from their neighbors.
